I just started the 30 minute shred today and I'm wondering what I should log it under in my exercises.

I really have no clue at all.

    I logged it as circuit training, but I would really like to know too, that seemed like I overshot my calorie burn.

    I just want to make sure that I'm not logging more burned calories than I actually did. Circuit training does seem like a lot... hmm...

    I log it in as Aerobics, low impact.

    This one seems pretty accurate. I'll try it out, thanks! :}

    Oh, and taking into account my HRM, when I log it in as Aerobics-low impact, I get about 20 cal less than what my HRM shows, so that's a safe bet

    It is 30 Day Shred, not 30 minute. The actual workout is 18 minutes(3 min strength, 2 min cardio, 1 minute abs X 3 circuits=18) That's all I account for.

    I use my HRM now to count my calories burned which is a big difference but before i got that, i was using the circuit training category per what someone told me on this site and it was pretty accurate. But the aerobics category would work too. Good luck!
