Hello everyone

I'm from north eastern Pa and I joined this site to keep an eye on my diet,I've been weight lifting on and off for the past 15 years and recently got back into it heavy,this time I'm working on the Abs while keeping my strength,I went from 235 to 220(5'11) in a few weeks,but damn,its hard to get abs and I've been eating like a bird,lol...Anyways,I'm keep updating my photo to keep tabs on my gains/losses.
