I use the MFP iphone apps for sometimes but it is the first time to join the community!
Suggested by my doctor, I need to loss 50 lbs since I have pre-diabetes and high cholesterol. The more important things is I am just 35 only. I want to be more healthy so I started to plan a weight lost prorgram for myself.

Started weight: 77.2
Start using MFP weight: 76.8
Current weight: 72.2

I started swim last year August. At first, I can just swim 30 mins. But now, I can swim 60 mins * 5 times a week.
I plan to add more exercise and start my diet with 1200Kcal this week. Hope to meet my short-term-target 68 KG a month later.
So, add me for friend and let loss weight together!
