I've been using the MFP for about a week now on the advice of a co-worker who has had great success with it. I'm trying to get my eating back on track and so far so good. I've no real idea if I'm losing any weight but I feel better keeping this kind of close track and the Android App with the barcode scanner makes life very easy.
Also I have a new goal to beat a bunch of elementary school kids in a 1 mile race they have at the end of the school year. I'm finally not too fat to run without messing up my knees so anyone with running advice would be welcome to post some my way :)
