I just signed up today and plan to start tomorrow (or I should say today since it's 2:45 am) I'm a nurse and work night shift so sometimes I only eat one meal a day and don't get in the calories I should. Any other night shifters out there with this problem? I sure hope this works.

I'm a night shift nurse, too...I did a travel assignment in S.A. a couple years ago at Cristus childrens. My problem is that I get too many calories. I guess my body is confused and has decided that I'm always hungry!0

If I am off the day before, I stay up until about 3am and sleep until 3pm or 4pm the next day. I end up skipping breakfast and lunch and I don't like to eat as soon as I wake up so I wait until I get to work and then I get busy and eat around 1am. If I work the night before, I come home and go straight to bed without eating and wake at 4pm. I need to start making myself eat some small meals I guess.0
