    I saw your post in the middle of the night yesterday. I was planning on just watching a bit and heading to sleep. It was so fascinating that I couldn't stop. Extremely eye opening, informative... I have already mentioned it to friends. Thank you. I was already watching out for high fructose, but WOW! To really understand fructose makes it all the more scary.

    Ok, I'm hooked. I love this guy!

    I'm at the end of my 3rd week without intentional sugar (not counting what I get in PB and whatnot)...and I have no plans of stopping now. Life is so much better this way.
