Rec for easy low-cal pineapple cupcakes

I made them yesterday and wanted to let people know that they are AWESOME. You just mix a box of yellow cake mix with a can of crushed pineapple. Mixing, pouring, and cleaning took me about ten minutes!!

I used the Duncan Hines yellow cake mix and they are 98 calories without the frosting. For the frosting, I used 1/3 les fat cream cheese and the crushed pineapple she suggested but subbed plain nonfat chobani instead of the marshmellow fluff. SO GOOD. With that frosting, they are 139 per cupcake.

I will warn you that they are fairly small but one was satisfying to me last night!
