I don't know what the final calorie count of a serving is, but this is what I would do:

whole wheat pasta of your choice
white albacore tuna (in water NOT oil)
campbell's healthy request cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery if you prefer)
    fresh celery, onion, mushrooms
frozen peas or other veggies of choice
skim milk or water if neccessary to acheive desired consistency

Cook the pasta, drain. Add remaining ingredients and thoroughly heat.

This works out to about 446 per serving, but that is having a large dinner sized portion. I plan on making a big batch and having it for my lunches:

This is what I do.......it's for 4 people but one serving is about 296 cals

Morrisons Tricolore Pasta - Pasta, 0.5 container (495 gs ea.)
Red Onion - Raw, 1 onion
    Cucumber - With peel, raw, 100 g
Asda - Salad Tomatoes, 3 tomato
Apples - Raw, with skin, 1 small (2-1/2" dia) (approx 4 per lb)
    Heinz - Salad Cream Original, 45 g

And most of the time I actually use natural yoghurt and not salad cream...put some herbs in with it and it's really nice too.

I copied and pasted from my recipes so these are the things exactly from the food database as well.
