I realize that we have the ability to start a blog as members of MFP and been considering the idea, but not sure what to do with it.

Most seem to be about people documenting their progress, reviewing trials, sticking points and successes.

Do you personally blog here and if so why?

Do you have a consistent theme that you stick with (exercise, weight loss, diet) or do you just let the spirit hit you and write about whatever fancies you at the time?

I mostly blog about whatever is taking up too much space in my brain that day. Some days it is my goals for the week/month. I usually blog in the middle of the night so not many people read them. That is ok though, because I always feel like a weight has been lifted when I post.

I usually blog about anything I am thinking about too, food or exercise goals or if I had a bad day. I journal though so all the really bad day stuff goes in there.
It really is a good way to release the day.

I write when I have something to say that won't fit in a status.

If I have a question, I start a thread here on the forums. If it's just a rant or muse, I blog.
