Summer activities, do you count them?

As the weather becomes warmer, we all become more active. I switch from using my car to biking, which can be anywhere from a mile to 10 miles a day. We play Ultimate Frisbee a day or two a week. Hiking becomes a weekly activity. During this time I normally stop going to the gym and will attempt to get a 2 mile run in daily, if not every other day.
Do you think I should track these activities as my exercise since I all but stop going to the gym, or not bother and just keep tracking my calories? Summer can be rough on my eating schedule and I'll have days where I'll be horribly under my calorie intake, and days where I eat DOUBLE what I should eat in a day. Auugghh.

Yes! Add them! I went on a 60 minute walk with my dog and I added that in today. 291 Calories burned! If your going to be doing as much activity that your talking about doing then you need to add all that in.0
