I bought some unprocessed raw honey and forgot I had it until last night. I was doing some research on it and was amazed what all it is used for. Does anyone else use it and what for? I am really curious about this.

I know a beekeeper so luckily I have access to as much raw honey as I like! I use it to ease my seasonal allergies. A spoonful a day of local honey helps my symptoms. It has to be local honey because the honey contains little bits of pollen from the bees, and you need to ingest the pollen that you are allergic to - local pollen, if you will. It seems this works for some and not for others but if you suffer from allergies it is worth a shot!
