lookin for a excellent excerise program

I'm a zumba nerd and i need something other than walking on the treadmill to do in between my zumba classes... in my zumba class i can burn up to 600 calories plus,i want something that intense, just need help with something else other than walking cause i will get bored with it fast!:yawn:

    Not sure if you can make yourself work out at home or not, but I love love love the Turbo Jam workouts! They burn a lot of calories too!

    Turbo Fire is an awesome program! I've been doing it since it came out last year. Awesome music and it's a lot of fun.

    I am seriously prejudiced, but I think Curves is GREAT, and many Curves Clubs are now ing Zumba classes.

    i have done curves and the curves zumba circuit is to slow to what im use to in zumba, but thank u so much!
  • Try doing intervals on any cardio machine (treadmil, bike etc...).
    Warm up - 2 - 5 min

    For the next 20 - 30 min:
    Run / Jog - 1 min (or until your heartrate reaches 160-165)
    Walk / Recover - 1 - 2 min (until your heartrate reaches 135)

    Cool down - 2 - 5 min

    Changing your speed and having to monitor your time will keep you distracted and should help you not be bored.
    On the treadmil I would Walk between a 2.5 and 3.2. My run speed when I first started was 4.8 - 5.2. After 6 months my run speed is a 7.
