Hi everyone,

I am pretty new here and I am happy to take the time and write everything I eat. It will help knowing how many calories I ingest per day. I fallow the body for life program. It is great and now am at week 7. I am loosing weight but not as much as I wish I did. So that is why I am happy to have found this website.

Hope to be able to learn from you all.
