Looking for a new workout - boxe type

Hello friends,

I'm looking for a boxing type of cardio - very little martial arts, boxing with punching bags but not involving real combats with someone in a ring and that includes period of cardio at the same time. It could also be a mix of dancing and boxing... I did the bootcamp type of workout, but i'm really looking to integrate couple moves from boxing/self-defense moves. I guess the ideal description would be doing intervals with some sort of cardio (like 10 mins) and then couple boxing moves for another 10 mins.

Would you have any recommendations? :)

  • If you are in great shape, try Turbo Fire. High intensity, lots of kicking, boxing-punches moves, etc. Great cardio and music, also some dancing.

    Otherwise you can start with turbo jam? if you google them you'll get further information.

    I used to do lots of capoeira, and these two keep me in shape and agile for when I'm in Spain and can try with my ex-fellow capoeiristas.

    I shadow box a lot... just boxing in front of a mirror to work on technique and form but you go at 100% so it's a good workout.
