LOW calorie fish!
I bought frozen Orange Roughy fish at Kroger yesterday (see link below) and cooked them with a poultry rub (see second link below).
90 calories per 4 oz, really delicious, and filling. Very light fish, no fishy taste. Highly recommend this!! I could eat it 3 x a week!!!

I LOVE Orange Roughy—it has great taste and texture. I'm just not crazy about the price
. It's crazy expensive here. Perhaps the most expensive piece of fish you can buy, aside from Sashimi-grade tuna steaks. But it is SO good. The best place I've found to pick this up (in my neck of Michigan) is frozen in bulk at a place like Cosco.
