Hey babies!!!!!

So I call that Flap of Fat under the upper arm The hey baby cuz when you wave across the street and say hey baby its doing more waving then my hand. I have also heard it called the laughy taffy.

anyways. I have been working out this area since I started trying to lose weight. I can now do 20 on my knees push ups where 2 months ago I could maybe do 3. I have been working out and seeing results everywhere but in the "hey babies". What should I be doing different. What are some good tone up the under arm exercises

    Hahaha!! I have the same problem! XD And I'd like to hear any advice on this as well!

    Keep doing those push-ups but it's going to take a combination of losing weight and push-ups to see any results. More than 2 months. More like 2 years!
