I cant go workout at the gym today because my kiddo is sick. CAn someone look at my diary for this week and see what you think on my exercise. Have I done enough to last til Monday?

  • A sick child will always trump working out at the gym. Take care of your little one and you'll be fine til Monday. If the child naps, run a few minutes up and down stairs, do some squats or pushups, jumping jacks, etc. That way you'll fit in a little activity. Or clean the house. That burns calories too and you can log it on MFP. :) Hope the young one is feeling better quickly. My baby has her first ear infection and 4 teeth coming in. My workouts haven't happened this week at all so I totally get it!
  • MFP auto calculates a deficit so even if you don't work out, you'll still lose. :) don't sweat it.

    I agree. Sick kids come first. I think you will be good til Monday. Your way over the goal anyways :smile: Hope your little one is feeling better soon.
