What to have for BreakFast

Hey Guys I am trying to start the day off right with a nice balanced breakfast.....any ideas??

My staples are oatmeal, coffee (W/ 1 packet splenda and a dash of skim milk) and grapefruit. It keeps me full well until lunch time.
Also eggs with any kind of veggies (I personally like mushrooms) Or if you're in a rush a good protein shake.0 -
something that will satiate you and get your metabolism going. I googled "super foods" these are food that are supose to step up your metabolism and will keep you fuller longer,,,need to have a sensible snack ready too, sometimes I feel my body needs it.
ie oatmeal, mini wheats
snack : apple with skin, almonds with skin, cranberries etc
protein shake (find one that is lower in cals and higher in protein 30 g per serving) any more than 30 grams per serving is unnecessary - but if consistantly weight training most women need about 100 g per day or so0 -
I usually have oatmeal and I toss in some frozen berries and cinnamon just to test and some skim milk, or sometimes I have a smoothie and a slice of weight watchers bread ( 50 cal/slice) and some peanut butter. I always need to eat breaky otherwise my sugar drops and I feel like garbage this usually hold me over until my am snack or lunch0
