I'm still relatively new to MFP but have been reading & researching like crazy!! Man, I have learned so much!!
I'm 35 yrs old
Strength Train 3 x a week (core, legs, shoulders/arms)
Carido x 2/3 week with my dog Neena (vigorous walk/light jog)
I have a very tight schedule: work full time (sometimes more) & attend college (I'm about to hit finals)
I have a full breakfast every morning
my lunches are frozen dinners (their healthier than fast food & quick for now)
ALL of my snacks are all pre-pkgs by me or my hubby a week in advance (so I can basically grab & go)
I have steadily increased my water in take which has been a huge feat for me (die hard diet coke drinker)
I cheated and weighed myself the other morning and I am about 3 or 4 lbs shy of reaching my first goal by April 29th!! I would love any suggestions that I could get to finish strong before my first OFFICIAL weigh in & measurement day.
Should I be doing more cardio the next two weeks? Should I increase strenght training? Obviously change my diet but how?
