I'm also starting MFP today! Hoping to get some inspiration from everyone here! I hate strict diets and would never do pills, so 1lbs/week healthy way is something I'm looking for. 20lbs of baby fat off in 20weeks is my ultimate goal.
Any suggestions on easy way to track home made family meals? I cook for the whole family and find it really tedious tracking the calories.
Thanks and have a great day everyone!

there is a recipes section in your food diary. just go in there and create a recipe for each meal. It will tell you how many calories are in each serving plus how many are in the whole meal. Good luck and have fun!0
