Bed rest

I just started MFP Tuesday starting wt. 257.0 i want to lose 98 pounds by the end of December my problems right now is i can't do exercise due to having ankle surgery December just pass and i am still on bed rest my ankle is still broken (the surgeon had to take the screw out of my ankle from the previous ankle fushion then he had to break my ankle and reposition my foot while he was in he had to cut my left side of my foot up to my ankle to clean the sural nerve from damaged tissues also cut the back of my heel to put two screws in) so now i am back to the beginning over the past year and a half from surgeries i've gained over 75 pounds due to inability to move around and bed rest from the other two now third surgeries I have to depend totally on my food intake to lose weight until i heal the only thing i can do is sit and lift light weights because i can't walk yet and in a walking cast i hope i can find friends and help during my journey because when i lost the weight the first time i lost 65 pounds on weight watchers then i joined the YMCA and lost little over 20 pounds more slowly as i exercised but the inches was incredible i went from a 18 women to a regular 12/14 just from the work outs i felt good lot of energy i can't wait to get back to the workouts but it will be a long while so i hope and pray keeping my calories counts to my daily allowed amount i will still lose weight weekly on a regular basic

    this might sound crazy, but look up 'p90x in a wheelchair' on YouTube to get some inspiration :) you can do anything you set your mind to hun.
