Has anyone tried and had any luck with Sugar Busters?

    Sugar busters is not a low carb program. It is about eliminating refined sugars because humans can't process it correctly. I knew someone who lost like 100 pounds using that program. I have not done it. I haven't been able to comit to no refined sugar. I'm a woose (don't know how to spell that). It is supposed to be good.
