Burgers=
1lb Ground turkey
1 Bottle frank's red hot Marinating Sauce
Blue cheese crumbles
Whole Wheat Burger Buns
Ken's Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing

Mix together ground turkey and crumbles, add franks til u get a nice burger consistency and form into burgers (also great if u pre form them and freeze them to make more uniform burgers and easier to grill) Then when grilling, brush burgers with more frank's with each flip. Serve on Whole wheat buns and use blue cheese dressing on burger to turn down the heat!

Veggies=
summer squash
zuchini
frozen chopped broccoli
oil
mrs. dash

defrost broccoli and drain, set aside. QuaSlice and Quarter squash & zuchini. Mix together with broccoli. oil & mrs dash in an aluminum (disposable) pan. Grill while grilling burgers and by the time the burgers are cooked, the veggies will be too!

This sounds good! I serve these burgers over spinach or some other greens and ditch the bread! Yummy!

    Thanks for sharing.

These sound really awesome! We love turkey burgers and I'm always looking for new ways to make them interesting. I will definitely be making these, thanks for sharing. Make sure the blue cheese crumbles are reduced fat & I always use the fat-free blu-cheese or fat-free ranch dressing on burgers...so good!
