Hungry all the time???

So, after 3 1/2 months of eating a healthy, fresh, low-carb diet, losing over 20 pounds, and working out etc. I am now hungry ALL THE TIME?
Weird thing is, its not even cravings for carbs, sugar etc. I really feel hungry and I just want to eat and eat!
I dont know what has changed, also my weight loss has stalled.
Anyone who has a few minutes can you take a look at my food diary and give suggestions?
Any advice is welcome! Thanks! (Eating a giant bowl of veggies.... lol)

As your carbs are low - are you getting enough fiber? Whole grain carbs with healthy fiber might help you feel full...0

Your diary looks CLEAN!!! The only thing I would recommend is maybe eating more protein. I don't know what else it could be.0

I peaked at your diary. You aren't even getting your 1,200 calories a day in.. You are hungry all the time, because your body is starving.0

I am in the same boat as you right now....very hungry...all the time......Ugh!!!0

I wouldn't be able to do this without carbs. My best snack in the middle of the day when I am starving is a bowl of grits (100 cal), and then I drink a cup or two of water. I think the grits swell up in my stomach, and I'm absolutely stuffed after that.0

Me too!!! I haven't really done the diet thing, but since I started exercising I am starving all the time. I snack frequently and eat whole grains. It just seems like nothing sticks!0

I agree. I looked at a few days in your dairy and some days you dont even have 1000 calories. Eat more calorie dense foods.0

It appears that you have you normal caloric intake set for 1,000 calories per day. This site doesn't suggest going below 1200. I see why you're hungry all the time. Don't be afraid to eat a little more. It's okay. Your body needs the fuel.0

Thanks for all the advice! I will try to increase my intake with protien and complex carbs!0
