Trying to figure nutrition numbers for chicken broth I made.
Boiled a chicken with carrots, celery, onion, no salt added. Cooled, then skimmed fat .

Lots of variables like how much water left, how much fat skimmed.

Found a few online, calories range from 180 to 245, fat 5g to 15g, per cup
I added this one to food data base as "Chicken broth, homemade..."

Nutrition Facts: 1 serving (1 cup) equals 245 calories, 14 g fat (4 g saturated fat), 61 mg cholesterol, 80 mg sodium, 8 g carbohydrate, 2 g fiber, 21 g protein.
