Ok, for the past 3 months I have been stuck on the same weight. It goes up, usually 1 or 2 pounds but it has not gone down. I haven't really taken my measurements but I think I may need to do that tomorrow to track some progress.
As of today, I upped my calorie intake to 1400 instead of the 1200 I was eating. I am going to try it for a week and see how I do. Yesterday, I ate my 1200 calories, my exercise calories and then some other calories I didn't have. I weighed myself this morning and weighed less so maybe I am not eating enough to lose. Wish me luck because this stupid plateau is driving me crazy!

Please keep me posted on your breaking the plateau plan- I am in the same boat. I have read Banks fantastic post but I am still struggling with it.
Good luck and I am excited for your results to come!0 -
One thing to keep in mind as you shift from starvation mode to eating enough to actually lose mode is that your body might need time to "re-set" so a week may not be enough time to make that judgment call . . . Also, eating all your cals still doesn't mean exceeding the cals you've burned . . .
Good luck to you! I'll be watching to see your results b/c I'm sure to be there, too.0
