What vitamins and/or supplements do you all take? I take a Oneaday Multivitamin, a joint healthy supplement and a triple omega fish oil.

    Morning: Calcium + D, Magnesium

Evening: Prenatal vitamin with DHA (because I'm breastfeeding)

I've done this every day for 6 years (except when I wasn't pregnant or breastfeeding, I took a multi-vitamin + Omega-3's at night)
  • whoa whoa I can't even pronounce half of these haha do we have to have vitamins/supplements? I am only doing the calorie counting and do not exercise at all.Do the help with weighloss or are they strictly for work outs?

i'm a little bit leary of vitamins. i took a nutrition class in college and learned that vitamins from pills and vitamins from your food are in 2 different forms. as long as you eat a varied diet and your doctor has no concerns about your healthy, there's really no need to take vitamins. if you take too much of a vitamin from a pill it can have very adverse effects on your health.
