Sodium - rinsing your cannned beans

Googled this bc I was wondering for a recipe I make how much sodium is left after I drain and rinse canned beans and came across a link on another site that explained about 40% less sodium is what's left! Just thought I'd share

There are also beans you can by with no sodium added and its really next to nothing in it. I buy them to make chili0
