Homemade yogurt / nutritional values
Options
I've seen a couple recipes for making your own yogurt and am interested in trying it out. I'm wondering what the difference will be in nutritional values if I were to use 2% milk? 1% milk? or FF milk? I wouldn't know how to calculate this when making it on my own. Do nutritional values change when you change the state of an ingredient?

You can make homemade yogurt with skim milk, it's so easy. I usually boil 2 litres of skim milk in the microwave, let it cool down. warm not hot to touch, then add 1 tbsp of plain yogurt to it and mix well. Cover it with 2 or 3 towels and leave it in a warm place for about 4 hrs. if it's set put it in the fride to cool down to let it set further.always save little bit of this yogurt to make some more for next time0
