I'm excited to get started. This has really taught me a new way of losing weight with diet and exercise. You really get to see exactly what you are eating and how many calories everything has.

I recently joined and have lost 7 pounds. I have been working out with a trainer and my weight started to platue. So a friend gave me this site to count calories and I have been dropping. It keeps you aware of what kind of foods you are eating and with my phone it is easy to do. Just remember the more you log the more you are motivated. Good luck! :happy: :happy:0
