I've been under a lot of stress these past few days, and regrettably, I haven't been eating very healthy, and I've been going over my daily calories almost every day. I was sure I wasn't going to lose an ounce, but I got on the scale this morning and I've lost two more lbs. I'm guessing it's just the stress, but now I feel like I don't deserve to have lost that much, and that I'll just gain it right back...and the stress continues.
