I've been doing some serious emotional eating this last week, stress, blah, blah. Maybe some results will kick me back into the right mind frame.

So there it is folks, the results of 11 weeks of calorie counting, not calorie counting, high motivation, low motivation, feeling great, feeling terrible, and everything in between, doing 15 days of the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, and currently working on week 4 of Couch to 5k!

One huge difference: I now LOVE LOVE LOVE running, when I finish a run, I feel sooo great, and when I'm on my non-run day, I can't stop thinking about tomorrow's run, I think I can officially call myself a runner :)

^ This! But exactly! I know the feeling - it's exciting to see another person 'turn runner'!!! Congrats - you're doing great!
Like I always say, C25K is the gateway drug to Exercise! (For some people it is Wii Fit, but I don't own one, so...)

Congrats, love to see smaller numbers on a scale or measuring tape :) It's hard to stay motivated everyday but you can see that it's paying off!! Keep it up!
