Good Morning everyone,
My name is Asiah I live in North Carolina and I'm glad to be among such nice friendly people who are also on the road to better health. I'm 28 and at my highest weight I was 220 NEVER again.

    Welcome! I'm at 217 and was 224 at my highest, so I know what you mean.
