Two Small NSVs

I've been on MFP for a while now. But have really only gotten serious about losing weight over the past few weeks. Yesterday I had two mini NSV's.

1.) There is a park by my house with a 1-1/8 mile track. Last summer at my heaviest I couldn't walk halfway around. I would be winded, my legs would hurt and I'd have to cut across the middle to go back to the car. Yesterday I did the whole 1-1/8 while pushing my daughter in the stroller in 20 minutes. That may not seem like a big thing to some people, but just the fact that I finished the whole track is a big deal to me.

2.) I used to DREAD exercising and going for walks with my husband. I would make every excuse in the world not to go. Yesterday I actually couldn't wait to get out and walk with my daughter. I came close to waking her up from her afternoon nap just so we could go sooner.

Little victories, but still victories to me.
