Ive seen so much about heart rate and how it effects your burn. My stationary bike has a HRM built in... what should my heart rate be? Is it based on size or age or???

220-your age is your maximum heart rate (MHR). Don't go over this number. I usually don't feel so well when my HR gets at its max. You can get an inexpensive one at Wal-Mart. I've heard a lot of great things about Polar HRM but they are a bit out of my budget right now.0
