Hi everyone, I was recommended to this site from a friend. I'm 18 and almost at the end of my freshmen year at college. With all the stress and cafeteria food, it's been hard to stay in shape. I try to watch what I eat but I'm here to try and get back into shape and lose a few pounds. Good luck to everyone here!

    I love this site!! I am fairly new too....this is my 16th day and I have already lost 7 lbs! It really helps keep you aware of what you are intaking and I have become smarter about my food choices. For example, what is filling for the lesser amount of calories, fat, etc.? So, almost everyday, I have met or been under my caloric daily goal and I haven't been hungry either! It's good to know how much I have eaten and how much I need to exercise to stay within my goal-range. If you are looking for "friends", please feel free to add me. It really helps when you have "friends" motivating you. Best of luck to you!!

    Welcome congrats on college but try taking you meals. It is better and a money saver. best wishes if you need a friend you may add me if you would like
