Hi everyone, I was recommended to this site from a friend. I'm 18 and almost at the end of my freshmen year at college. With all the stress and cafeteria food, it's been hard to stay in shape. I try to watch what I eat but I'm here to try and get back into shape and lose a few pounds. Good luck to everyone here!

I love this site!! I am fairly new too....this is my 16th day and I have already lost 7 lbs! It really helps keep you aware of what you are intaking and I have become smarter about my food choices. For example, what is filling for the lesser amount of calories, fat, etc.? So, almost everyday, I have met or been under my caloric daily goal and I haven't been hungry either! It's good to know how much I have eaten and how much I need to exercise to stay within my goal-range. If you are looking for "friends", please feel free to add me. It really helps when you have "friends" motivating you. Best of luck to you!!0
