this has come out surprisingly well.

Tinned boneless and skinless pink salmon
Small tin of new potatoes
Handful of spring onions fried in a touch of frylight
Dollop of sweet chilli Philadelphia
Black pepper

Squidge it all up and form into cakes, spray with a bit of fry light and bake.

Served with cabbage and leek with Thai sweet chilli sauce.

480 cals yum yum yum

"Squidge". Nice technical term. Haha. Sounds deliciious. Just because of the frying though, I will have to try it on an extreme workout day. Thanks.

Only 10 cals comes from the fry light. You could do them without but I like the onions brown and burnt lol

must try this - i love cream cheese, and the lack of breadcrumbs are good for this recipe
do you par-boil the potatoes before squidging them into the mixture?

No because the tinned ones are ready cooked. They are probably not the best choice for potatoes but I love them. We used to cut them in half and put a bit of butter in them when we were kids. Don't do that now though!
