Lost 60...Got 70 more to go. Just started Mfp. Would love to

Hey guys my names Matthew, its nice to meet all you fine fit people. I just started My fitness pal, and i'am already loving it to death. I was already currently losing weight (down 60) before i tried this website out. My goal now is to reach 199 making it a grand total of 131 lbs lost. If anyone wants to add me go right ahead.:) Also does anyone have any good suggestions on some good workout music?

    as for music, I enjoy everything from country, jazz, blues, and classical......... BUT when it comes to working out, I have to listen to blood pumping ROCK - Alternative - HIP HOP to keep me going.

    Welcome, Matthew! Great job on the loss so far and congrats for keeping with it :)

    I find the more uppity the music, the easier it is to push myself.... I have Pandora, which is good for introducing new music similar to what you've been listening to... My "station" currently is set to La Rou or Katy Perry.

  • Wow! 60 down! That's incredible!
    As for music, I like loud rock music or dance music. But I also made a playlist of inspirational songs (songs with positive messages) that I listen to when I work out sometimes.

    Would love to be friends so I can celebrate when you lost those last 70.
