Hello everyone, I'm trying to lose 20lbs. I am in the Navy, and have my first child on the way. My wife and I are very excited. It will be a great pleasure to get to know some of you, and keep each other motivated. Good luck, and God bless.

Hello Everyone! I'm a mother of 2 wonderful kids ages 9yrs old boy and 3yrs old girl. I have a very motivating hubby helping me to keep me going. This is the longest I stuck to a healthy life style and workout routine. @ Jpstone23 you could do it, men lose weight faster than women. My hubby and I started eating better he lost 9lbs in 3weeks and I lost 7. As long as you keep each other motivated and complimenting each other for each milestone is worth it. I'm on my way to to losing 20 pds too!0

Former Navy here too (OS2 / Diver 3rd Class) but oh that was a long time ago now. I was active from 1996-1997.
Congrats to you and your wife on your baby, nothing cooler than being a Dad!!0 -
You're gonna do it! Px90 is a great workout for men and women. It's military style. My brother in law does it! I want to try it but I've always been what you call an occasional exerciser lol! I started to do " the firm workout" dvd. It's great cardio with weights and abs. It's target more for women.0
