    I love it! Level 1 is mostly floor work with some cardio thrown in throughout (the first few exercises you need a hand weight). It's a pretty good challenge. I just started Level 2 this week and it's nuts! This time most of the exercises are done standing up, and they will get your heart rate through the roof! I consider myself to have fairly strong abs, but Level 2 had me shaking when I was finished! I even had to do the beginner's version of some of the exercises on the 2nd time around.

    I want to get that too......sorry, I mean I WILL get that. I'm almost done with the shred and love her and her exercise....of course it was different story a month ago. :laugh:

    I actually did this video and her "Burn Fat Boost Metabolism" one for the first time yesterday, and I'm definitely feeling it today. Don't think for a second that the video is just abs, because she goes through a lot of HIIT to get your heart rate up and you're definitely sweating by the end.

    And that was just level 1!!
