Time to Re-commit!

Hello Everyone! I am a new member as of last night. I have decided to re-commit myself to healthy eating and exercise habits. I have over the course of 6 months let healthy eating and exercise fall to the wayside. Not completely, but enough to gain approximately 10-15 lbs of the total 75 lbs I had lost (60 lbs about 8 years ago and the last 15 about 1.5 to 2 years ago). I need some accountability and help with a possible food addiction. I have a great best friend and workout buddy who is also a member and she has inspired me to once again commit to this. I love the site so far and know that I can have great results like I did in the past.

Thats exactly where I am at...recommitting! Getting healthy foods into a kitchen that feed 2 others not committed to diet plans is hard...I also have problems with menu planning! My working out takes a hit when I dont eat right because if I dont do one I blow off the other (why eat right if I dont work out well/why work out if I am not eating right).0

Im in the same boat. Lost 53 lbs, gained it all back
I find it way easier staying disciplined as long as I tack everything I eat on here. Gradually things come around to a healthier way of thinking, and healthy choices at meal times.
Welcome to MFP, it's a journey you will Love
