ChaLEAN Extreme tracking calories??

Hi.
I'm relatively new here. I've been running intervals on my treadmill and riding a stationary bike for cardio. Each of these machines track my calories for me.
This week, I just got ChaLEAN Extreme & now I'm wondering how does one track the calories burned for strength training exercises?

Hi,
You can either add the strength training exercises into the strength tracker and keep track of the weight and reps, or you can track them as cardio. My HR gets up pretty high because she does both arms and legs together. I use an HRM and usually burn about 125-150 per strength workout.
For the Burn Circuits, if I didn't have an HRM, I would track it as circuit training and Burn it Off I would track as aerobics, high impact. I usually burn about 250 for burn circuits and 150 for burn it off.0 -
