i dont take says off anymore. sometimes i take sundays a little easier and i dont do my 50 mins of running but i still go on at least 1 45 min 4 mile walk or usually 2 of those walks because i feel guilty for not running. i have found when i dont do anythingi have less energy and motivation once i start up again0

I usually do something every day to be honest, whether it's a brisk walk, a run, a swim or a class. I just mix it up a bit, and I've started the 30 days shred which I'm using to kick start my day.
I don't stress if I do miss a day exercising though.0 -
I take the weekends off, but i still consider myself active during those 2 days.. when your lugging baskets of laundry and sweeping , mopping and cleaning--- thats still a workout!0

It depends on the week... but always at least one and sometimes 3.0

I mix up what I do, but I rarely take a day off! I find that for me it is really hard to get motivated to start working out again after even one day off. The only time I take a day off is if I am extremely sore and it is still hard to make myself take a day off.0

One or two a week, although if I really feel like I'm on a roll, I might take NO days off and vary the routine- I do so much cardio that then maybe one day I'll only do upper body and abs, so I'm still exercising, but givingmy legs the day off.....0

I am trying to keep realistic about exercise - dont have time/motivation to do it every day, so I am not strict with myself about it. I just have a goal to do 3 workouts at 45 mins per workout.
I want this to be a life change, and I dont want to lose all this weight, go back to normal life, and not keep it up. 3 times a week for me is realistic for life, so thats what i'm sticking to. If I do more, I do more, but I never do less.0 -
I try to do something every day too because it is too hard to get started up again. Even if it is only doing yoga at least it is something! Drives me crazy because my husband takes 2-3 days off and the weight just melts off him. I know men lose faster but it can get frustrating!!!0

I'm currently doing P90X so only 1 rest day per week. But after this I'll go back to having all weekend off. I beleive your body needs rest and recuperation in order to recover. But obviously this would depend on how much battering you give it on a daily basis. For example, 5x days 'intense' workouts should be enough. But walking for 30mins per day could be done 7x no bother.
good luck :flowerforyou:0
