Hi,
I just wanted to introduce myself. I just joined "myfitnesspal" yesterday. I am soon to be 49 years old. I am a part time fitness trainer at our local YMCA so working out is not a problem for me. I love it! I lead strength classes and spin classes 3 to 5 times a week. When I first started working out I lost about 20 lbs. but now I'm stuck. My problem is eating too much junk food. I love chocolate or anything sweet. I'm hoping that writing everything I eat in the journal will help me see what I need to change. I need some good recipes for sweets that are not too high in calories. I don't think I can give them up completely. I've tried and it did'nt end too well!!
