Hi everyone! I made the decision to have a healthier and fit lifestyle a year ago and have always wanted to "track" my progress. Writing things down helped until you got too busy to remember all the things you ate and did for exercise! This is a great place to track weight progress and also be a part of a community that is motivating, healthy-minded and in general, proactive about life.

Anyway, I live in San Francisco and as of the moment, I am training for my second round in the Nike Women's Half Marathon this October! I'm happy to be a part of this community and hope that I can give some sort of inspiration and motivation to anyone else out there!
