    May I ask how did you lose 31 pounds in 90 days? That seems to me like an incredible yet slightly confusing amount of weight to be losing in such a short period of time, did you do a certain strict diet and exercise regime or did you take any suplements? I don't want to rain on your paraide because I think your weight loss is amazing and thats why I'm so interested in your story.
