Here I am again trying to figure out the healthy way to lose those 20 pounds of whatever..anyways..
few questions for the wise ones
1. what's a lean and toned body fat percentage for 5'1 18 year old ,small frame?12-16%?
2. how much of fat lossing should I expect per week?
3. how much should I eat to accomplish the weight loss?
4.how long would take me to lose those weight?
I am at a healthy weight range right now but I want to be leaner, I workout 2 hours a day( I am fanatic, Getting ready for college sport)
usual routine in a day would be circuit trainning 30-40 minutes, fast jump rope 1500.
yoga 30minutes alternates with playing pingpong 30 minutes
In line skating 60 minutes
I do my exercise pretty late in the evening
I don't eat after 6
everyday I would have close to 1000 calories left, sometimes even more
I want to eat than more than I have too since alot of people all over the world are still starving, I'd rather save the money and donate it..
but for now I definitely eat too little, I havent eaten past 900 calories per day since I can't even remember and im not hungry.
I'm a lacto-ovo vegetarian, eating a 50-30-20 diet, 50% protein, 30% carb, 20% fat
sorry for the long and tedious post, but I am really stuck..
anything would appretiated GREATLY..
