JM30ds... with my cat

Just an amusing story to share.

I'm on level 1 day 2 of the 30 day shred and just finished my 20 mins. My TV is in the spare bedroom so I work out in the tiny little space in there... sometimes in the doorway. Anyway, today my cat was laying on the corner of the bed while I worked out. He started watching the TV and when I got on the floor to do crunches, I noticed him watching me. Throughout the vid, he'd alternate watching me and the vid... it was like he was assessing how well I was doing (or puzzled why I was behaving like a fool by feline standards...). I loved it, it's nice to have company that distracts me from my burning muscles.

Aww, that's super cute. He was probably judging you as we all know that cats are judgmental little creatures. However, I wouldn't change that for the world. My cats are my fur babies.

If my cat would come in and watch me it would be great...instead, I have a 70kg lab come in and start licking my face when I'm on the floor doing crunches!!! LOL I have since learned to put the doggies outside during my exercise!

lol...too funny. my cats tend to ignore me when i am exercising...my dog on the other hand, she loves it. specially if i am doing something that makes me have to kick forward, she tries to grab my toes with each kick. lol

I think they instinctively know when to come in and get you at your most vulnerable. Have to be careful with our border collie/lab mix or she tries to sneak her tongue in your mouth. That's bad enough on it's own, but even worse considering she snacks out of the litter box.

LOL...I don't have a cat but I have a 2 year old who tried very hard to do jumping jacks and she will lay on the mat and "crunch". She is so funny and I love the company!

So cute!! One of my cats always lays on the floor with me and rolls from side to side when I am stretching. I tell her she is doing her Yoga.

On another note, I just ordered the JM30DS today. I have read on the posts how great it is and am looking for some toning to add to my workout. Can't wait to get it.

When I first started doing yoga and pilates my cats thought that it was a game! At first they would just watch me, looking all confused, then they decided it would be fun to attack me.
