Anyone know how to calculate this for exercise???

  • I had to add it myself...
  • I bought a heart rate monitor and would track how much I burned with my monitor and added it on my own. I would only burn about 150 to 170 a workout since it's not purely cardio and has a bunch of strength training.

    I have a HRM and pit my own in I burn 200-240 calories in 27mins. Only on level 1 now though.
