does any one else feel like your body is fighting you the whole way.

  • Try to eat a lot of little meals instead of 3 big ones. Try to eat something every 3 hours or so.
    Eat breakfast! It should be your largest meal
    Drink your 8 glasses of water a day, it will curb the hunger and help facilitate weight loss.
    If you are constantly hungry, try eating things with protein, as those foods will keep you feeling fuller for longer.

    I have noticed if i dont drink my eight glasses of h2o I weigh on average 2 pounds heavier than i do if i had all my water the day before, wierd huh?
